Who we are

Road & Rack is run by Andrea Tauro, Italy, the data controller for this website. Contact: hello@roadandrack.com.

What we collect and why

Your email address, when you ask for the free Warrior Test. We use it to send you the test and then occasional emails about Road & Rack 99 (training tips, Wave dates, the launch price). We keep the date you signed up as a record of your consent. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Technical data such as your IP address, logged briefly by our hosting provider to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on this site and we never sell your data.

Who processes it for us

Resend (Resend, Inc., USA): sends our emails and stores the mailing list.
Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA): hosts this website.
Google Fonts (Google LLC): serves the fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email or write to hello@roadandrack.com and we remove you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect what we did before). You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the authority where you live.
